So Things went differently: Here is My soon to be 92 Rs

So in about a year or so this will be mine:

Image

It might be a little to early to start this thread but screw it Im bored so Why not.

So the story goes like this, back in August I bought my second Thirdgen for $1000 it was a v6 beater with a bad interior that I ended up replacing for 100 bucks from a donor car... It needed new injectors for it to run correctly and alotttt of TLC. Nothing impossible but very costly. So after about six months of having it im only 1100 dollars in after getting a new interior, the week I am getting ready to purchase the injectors I am also moving homes, jobs, and schools. So the entire move drained me of my funds because at the same time the VATS goes out on the car so I had to have it towed to my dads house because I could not keep it at the new house (no space) So fast forward to now I finally got transferred to a new Job and I am ready to start putting money into this thing again when my brother approaches me with an offer to buy his car (the 92) for 3k.. So I guess I took the easy way out but It really alleviated me of some stress. The final agreement is He knocks some $$$ of the price of the car and ill let him take the V6 as a DD since hes getting ready to swap an ls into his IROC soon... So essentially im still going to be dealing with the car once we start doing repairs on it, just wont be coming out my wallet

So some info on the other car, Some of you have seen this in person and if not who ever makes it to this weeks meet will...

It is a Dark Green Grey Metallic 1992 Rs Fully Loaded Premium Interior and it has the L03 (305) has about 180k on the clock... 2:73 Gears which I cant wait to replace and a 4spd auto

The previous owner did some "mods" to it.. The idiot threw a crappy edelbrock Intake/Carb on it and screwed some stuff up lol Not dissing carbs but I think he got the cheapest shit he could find and just threw it on there.. The intake doesnt even fit properly.. Me and my bro already had to replace the intake gaskets on it once because he did that wrong...

I like it.
It looked good at the meet too.

One day you should stop by my shop. I have a bunch of stuff that would fit it that is just taking up space, including the 91-92 high rise spoiler and a couple of TPI intakes and a "painless" wiring harness.
If it breaks, make it stronger.
If it doesn't, try harder.
